The 20lab Sui airdrop tool is a multisender utility for Sui coins that lets you send tokens to thousands of wallet addresses in batched transactions. It's built for token creators who need to distribute Sui coins at scale - airdrops, vesting payouts, reward campaigns, and team allocations - without sending each transfer one by one.

The tool runs entirely on-chain using Sui's Move-based Coin module, supports any token following the Sui Coin standard (including coins created with the 20lab Sui token generator), and works with any wallet that holds a balance of the coin you want to distribute.

No - these are two different things:

  • A SUI airdrop (or Sui ecosystem airdrop) is when a project distributes free tokens to eligible wallets, and users claim them. You are the recipient.
  • The 20lab Sui airdrop tool is a multisender that distributes tokens you already own to other wallets. You are the sender.

If you're trying to claim a free SUI or ecosystem airdrop, you need the official project's claim page - not a multisender tool. If you own a Sui coin and want to distribute it to your community, this tool is the right one - especially common for memecoin launches and community reward campaigns.

The Sui multisender works in 3 steps:

  1. Connect your wallet and enter the coin type or address of the Sui token you want to distribute.
  2. Upload recipients as a CSV or TXT file, or paste them as text. Choose equal amounts for everyone or different amounts per address.
  3. Confirm the transaction. The tool automatically splits recipients into batches that fit within Sui's transaction size limit and signs them sequentially.

You can monitor every batch in real time from the "Check progress" panel, including transaction digests and Sui Explorer links. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our guide on how to airdrop Sui tokens.

To send Sui tokens to multiple wallets at once, you need a multisender tool because Sui transactions, while highly parallelizable, still require batching to distribute to large recipient lists efficiently.

The 20lab Sui multisender bundles recipients into batches sized for Sui's transaction limits and signs them on your behalf. For a 1,000-wallet airdrop, this turns 1,000 separate transactions into a small number of batched ones, cutting both time and gas fees significantly.

The Sui multisender works with all Sui coins built on the standard Move Coin module:

  • Native SUI
  • 20lab Sui tokens (standard and regulated)
  • Ecosystem tokens like USDC, USDT, and other major Sui coins
  • Move-based custom tokens

The tool auto-detects the coin type and selects the correct transfer logic, so you don't have to configure anything manually. Tokens with active freeze restrictions on the sender or recipient may be blocked - that's a Sui protocol behavior, not a tool limitation.

A single Sui transaction can include 500-1000 coin transfers, but the exact number depends on transaction size limits and gas budget. Sui's parallel execution model handles batched transfers efficiently.

For larger distributions, the 20lab Sui multisender automatically splits your recipient list into sequential batches sized to fit within Sui's transaction limits.

The 20lab Sui airdrop tool accepts recipient data in two formats:

  • CSV / TXT upload - One row per recipient with wallet address and amount in separate columns. Max file size 2 MB.
  • Manual text entry - Paste addresses directly using the example format shown in the interface.

Every address is validated against Sui's address standard before the transaction is signed. Invalid entries are flagged before any gas is spent, so you never waste fees on malformed addresses.

A Sui airdrop has two cost components:

  • Sui network gas fees - Typically very low (fractions of a cent per transaction) thanks to Sui's gas pricing model.
  • 20lab platform fee - A small fee based on the number of recipients, shown in full before you confirm.

Compared to sending tokens one wallet at a time, the multisender typically cuts total fees by 90%+ by batching. The interface always displays the complete cost breakdown before any transaction is signed.

Processing time for a Sui multisender airdrop depends on:

  • Number of recipients - Each batch finalizes in 2-15 seconds under normal conditions thanks to Sui's parallel execution
  • Sui network load - High-traffic periods can slow confirmation slightly
  • Coin complexity - Standard coins finalize faster than tokens with active deny cap restrictions

As a rough rule, you can airdrop to 1,000 wallets in a few minutes end to end. Progress is tracked live in the sidebar so you always know which batch is processing.

If a batch fails during a Sui airdrop, only that specific batch is affected - all other batches continue processing normally. Failed batches can be retried independently from the progress panel.

The most common failure reasons are:

  • Insufficient coin balance in the sender wallet
  • Insufficient SUI to cover gas fees
  • Frozen recipient addresses (only for tokens with active deny cap)
  • Paused tokens (only for tokens with global pause enabled)
  • Tokens with custom transfer restrictions in their Move smart contract
